Dear Madam/Sir,

I am writing to apply for the position of " Japanese speaker" advertised in SMH on ** July 1996.
As you can see my resume, I am a co-ordinator for cross-cultural programs. During working at ******* I have learnt a lot of know-hows related to "student exchange programs". I am, however, leaving this company in July because of my future plan.(e.g.: study at University, obtain qualifications) Therefore, a part-time position would be preferable for me at this stage.
I strongly believe that my skills, knowledge and experience can be utilised at your company.

I would be happy to be present at an interview. I can be contact on 9557-4669 after 7pm or your facsimile can be received on this number anytime. As I have a full-time job at the moment, I am available for the job interview later than 6:30pm of weekdays until the 24th of July preferably, although your offer of another time can be considered.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Faithfully yours,
